Return by Mail
We'll gladly accept returns for any Finetime.com products upon receiving
your items within 60 days of the PURCHASE date. To ensure a timely
refund to your account, please return the item immediately upon
deciding that you do not want the product. Return shipping and handling
fees are free to our customers. We regret that we do not refund
original shipping costs with the return. Please follow the simple
instructions below:
1. To make it easy, place the unused item in its original condition
and use the original packaging to ship your product.
2. Fill out the Return Form attached to the bottom of your packing
slip.
3. Use the Merchandise Return Label included in your original order
so that the return shipping is free. Please note that we are unable
to pay return shipping fees if you do not use the enclosed Merchandise
Return Label.
If you wish to expedite your return, please contact Customer Service
prior to shipment. We will process your return and issue you a return
number. Please write the return number in the upper right-hand corner
of the Return Form, right next to your order number. Fill out the
reason for your return in the "return reason number" defined
on the back of the packing slip. Include this form inside the box.

Finetime.com uses the United States Postal Service (USPS) ground
shipping for all products containing alcohol (including fragrance
products) and aerosols. This is a legal requirement in the United
States. Fragrances and aerosols cannot be shipped by air.
Return Refunds and Credits
We'll issue you a full refund to your credit card for the price
of any item that you return if your return is received within 60
days of the PURCHASE date. After the 60 days have passed, you will
receive your refund in the form of an online store credit to your
account. The credit for your returned items cannot be exchanged
for cash or for another product. If you are returning a gift, we
will issue the refund directly to the gift recipient in the form
of an online store credit. Please make sure to enter all of your
information, including your e-mail address and/or login information.
We regret that we are unable to refund original shipping costs.
It takes up to 30 business days to process the return and credit
your account, or to issue an online store credit if you are a gift
recipient. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been
processed. Please note that your financial institution will likely
take approximately seven business days to reflect this transaction.

Returning an Order to a Finetime Store
Visit any Finetime store and return your purchase within 60 days
of receiving your order.
Please ensure that you bring the enclosed Packing Slip and Merchandise
Return Form that was included in the original package along with
the item that you wish to return. A Finetime staff member will process
your return at any Finetime store.

Returning a Gift
If you are returning a gift, please contact Customer Service. We
can either credit your Sephora account with online store credit
or we can refund the credit card used by the purchaser.
Exchanges
Please note that we do not offer exchanges for returned products
